School Club Booking - Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please take a moment to read our cancellation policy below.

If you have made a School club termly booking and are no longer able to attend, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we will provide credit in the form of a voucher code, valid for 12 months from the original booking date. This credit can be used towards any Kickstart Coaching School Club or Holiday Club. Any unused credit will expire after this time.

If Kickstart Coaching needs to cancel a session for reasons within our control, we will always aim to give as much notice as possible. In this case, you will receive credit equal to the value of the cancelled session, issued as a voucher code. This can be used across our School Clubs or Holiday Camps and will be valid for 12 months from the original booking date.

Sometimes sessions may need to change due to poor weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If we are unable to run a session, we will do our best to reschedule the missed session later in the term or move it to another suitable date.

If a club is unable to run due to the forced closure of the school or venue (for example snow, power cuts, teacher strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control), fees will still be payable and no refunds or credits can be offered for sessions missed during this time.

Please note: If a club does not reach the minimum number of children required to run, we will unfortunately have to cancel the club. In this situation, a full cash refund will be issued to all families who have already booked.


Holiday Club Booking - Cancellation Policy

  • All Holiday Club bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • If you are unable to attend a booked day, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the start of the session.
  • Where 24 hours’ notice is given, the booking will be credited to your account for future use with Kickstart Coaching.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within the stated validity period (if applicable).
  • No credit or refund will be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for non-attendance on the day.
  • Kickstart Coaching reserves the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full credit or alternative session will be offered.
