Cancellation Policy: 

In the event you have made a booking and can no longer commit, customers will be offered credit in the form of a voucher code, which will expire in 1 years time from your initial booking. This can be used across our School or Holiday Camp services. Credit will expire 1 year from your initial booking date. Please note no cash refunds will be issued, only credit for future use.

Should we need to cancel a session, for any reason within our control, we shall do so with as much notice as possible. Customers will be offered credit in the form of a voucher code equalling the amount of the missed session, This can be used across our School or Holiday Camp services. Credit will expire 1 year from your initial booking date.

In the event of unsuitable weather or other circumstances beyond our control Kickstart sessions are subject to change. In the unlikely case that we are unable to run a session due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstance beyond our control we will do our best to add the missed session on to the end of term, or to another suitable date.

If any Kickstart clubs are forced to cancel due to the compulsory closure of its premises (bad weather (Snow), Power cut, Teacher strike, Pandemic, Act of God), customers will still be liable for any fees due/paid, during the entire period of closure.

Please note: if we do not get the minimum amount required for a club to go ahead, we will be forced to cancel the club and issue a full cash refund for any children already booked.

COVID-19 Cancellation:

If you have made a booking and payment with us on or after the 1st of September 2020:

In the event the Corona-virus Pandemic causes more disruption to our services and we are forced to immediately shut down.

All current bookings will be credited in the form of a voucher code, which will expire in 1 years time from your initial booking. This can be used across our School or Holiday Camp services. Please note no cash refunds will be issued, only credit for future use.
