Camp notes

We’re excited to welcome players to our new Holiday Club venue at Cranleigh School this October Half-Term, where sessions will take place on their fantastic brand-new 3G pitch!

Before booking, please take a few minutes to read through the important information below.

Location, Drop-Off & Collection:

Please use the Sanny Lane entrance, located just off Horseshoe Lane, for both drop-off and collection.
Parents should walk players to the main registration area, which will be clearly signposted on arrival. Players should be collected from the same area at the end of the day.

Please be prompt when dropping off and collecting to help us maintain a safe and free-flowing car park.

Session Times:

Full Day: 9:00am – 3:00pm
Year Groups
Year 1–2
Year 3–4
Year 5–6

Important – 3G Footwear:
All sessions will take place on the 3G pitch.

Players are required to wear football boots with moulded plastic studs suitable for a 3G surface. Metal studs of any kind are strictly prohibited, and players wearing them will not be permitted to take part on the pitch.

What Players Need to Bring:

We recommend bringing everything in a clearly labelled rucksack or boot bag:
- Packed lunch – please note, no nuts or fizzy drinks.
- Football boots and shin pads – players should arrive wearing these and ready to play straight away.
- Clearly labelled drinks bottle – this can be refilled on site.
- Raincoat and a change of clothes suitable for outdoor use.

Parents & Spectators:

Please note that parents are not permitted to stay and spectate during the Holiday Club.
No dogs are permitted on site.

Thank you for taking the time to read through the information. We look forward to welcoming everyone to Cranleigh School this October Half-Term!
