Important Information for Parents

**Current school year groups apply (September 2025 academic year).**

Introductory Offer:

As this is a new venue for Kickstart Coaching, we are pleased to offer an introductory rate of just **£20 per day** for our Summer Holiday Club.

Our standard holiday club price is normally £32 per day, so this is a fantastic opportunity for players to experience our coaching programme at a reduced cost.

We look forward to welcoming all players to Park Mead School for an exciting summer of football, fun, and development.

Session Times:

Full Day Sessions
9:00am – 3:00pm

Available Age Groups
- Year 1–2
- Year 3–4
- Year 5–6


- Early drop-off available from 8:15am
- Late pick-up available until 3:45pm

Footwear Requirements:

Players may wear football boots or Astro trainers outdoors. However, **only Astro trainers or flat-soled trainers are permitted on the Astro turf surface**.

There may also be activities taking place in the sports hall, so suitable footwear is essential.

What Players Need to Bring:

Please ensure all items are brought in a rucksack or boot bag where possible:

- A packed lunch (**no nuts or fizzy drinks permitted**)
- Football footwear and shin pads

- Players should arrive wearing shin pads and ready to play immediately
- A clearly labelled drinks bottle (refill stations available on site)
- A raincoat and a change of clothes suitable for outdoor activities

Drop-Off & Collection:

To help keep the car park safe and running smoothly, we kindly ask parents to arrive promptly for both drop-off and collection.

Please walk your child to the main registration area, which will be clearly signposted. Collection will take place from the same location.

Site Rules:

- Parents/carers are not permitted to stay and spectate during sessions
- No dogs are allowed on site
