Camp notes

**Current Year groups September 25**

We look forward to welcoming players to Priors Field School for our Summer Holiday clubs 2026.

Ahead of the start, here's some important information for parents to read through and understand. Please take a few minutes to go through before your booking.

Full day sessions: 9:00am - 3:00pm
YEAR GROUPS:
- Year 1-2
- Year 3-4
- Year 5-6

*Early drop off from 8:15am and late pick up at 3:45pm available*

Footwear required:
Players will be mainly on the Astro turf. They will be required to have Astro turf trainers or normal flat soled trainers to wear on the surface. Potential for play in the sports hall too.

Players will need to bring the following, we suggest in a rucksack / boot bag:
- Players will be required to bring a pack lunch. No nuts or fizzy drinks allowed.
- Footwear and shin-pads, please have these on when you arrive, ready to play straight away! Really important.
- Drinks bottle, which can be refilled on site, this needs to be clearly labelled.
- Raincoat, change of clothes for outdoors use.

Parents are asked to be prompt in both dropping off and picking up to maintain a free flowing car park.
Please walk your child to the main registration area which will be signposted, and collect from the same place.

Please note that parents are not permitted to stay and spectate, and NO DOGS are allowed on site.
